A nightclub in Miami bought Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT for $400,000
The owner of a popular nightclub in Miami and the E11EVEN Hotel and Residences condominium complex, E11EVEN Partners, acquired NFT from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection for 99 ETH (~$396,000 at the time of purchase).

"We are very pleased that Bored Ape #11 has become our first acquisition in the NFT field as we continue to expand our presence in this space," E11EVEN Partners said in a statement.

In a conversation with The Black, the company's partner, Michael Simkins, said that they contacted the owner of TAE in Discord. Initially, he did not want to sell the token, but after negotiations, the parties "managed to come to an understanding."

In April 2021, the E11EVEN nightclub began accepting bitcoin payments. According to the company's partner, he has already processed about $4 million in cryptocurrency.

In June, the E11EVEN Hotel and Residences condominium complex provided an opportunity to make deposits for real estate in cryptocurrency.
